What Is Pediatric Dentistry?

Our Pediatric Dentistry services are designed to provide safe, gentle, and comprehensive dental care for infants, children, and teenagers. We focus on preventive care, early diagnosis, and child-friendly treatments to ensure healthy smiles from the very first tooth through adolescence.
Our experienced pediatric dental team creates a comfortable and stress-free environment, helping children feel relaxed and confident during every visit. We educate both parents and children about proper oral hygiene habits to prevent cavities and long-term dental problems.

our Pediatric Dental Services Include

We offer a full range of Pediatric Dental procedures, including:

Preventive Dentistry

We recommend semi-annual exams and cleanings for your children. At these visits digital radiographs may be necessary to not only track growth of their dentition, but to also look for decay. It is very important to create these oral hygiene habits at a young age.

Restorative Dentistry

Dental fillings are the primary treatment options for carious dentition, even in children. Just as in permanent/adult teeth, composite resin will be used to restore the affected tooth structure in order to re-establish function and aesthetics.

Emergencies

We are available to address dental emergencies promptly, whether it’s a chipped tooth, a toothache, or a knocked-out tooth.

In other situations when decay in a primary tooth is too large to restore with a simple filling, a stainless steel crown may be recommended. This crown will be cemented to the tooth and when that tooth is ready to fall out on its own, the crown will come with it. It’s important to maintain the primary or “baby” teeth as they serve as place holders for the permanent teeth that will replace them.
